Where can I get tickets? Tickets are ONLY available via Etix. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from any other location.
Is Elmwood Live General Admission? Yes. All tickets are General Admission. There is a small standing room only PIT directly in front of the stage. Those tickets are VERY LIMITED. All other tickets allow the concertgoer access to any portion of the tiered seating or Lawn. The price for General Admission Lawn seats WILL INCREASE as the date of the show approaches.
What are the Elmwood Live Deck Seats? There are a limited number of Deck Seats available in groups of (8) tickets. These include private seating for your party, (2) drink tickets per person and a $10 food voucher per person. Here is a photo of the Deck Seats.
Something came up and I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund? Refunds are only offered if a show is canceled.

I can’t find my ticket. What do I do? Search your email for eTix. Subject line will say, “Thank you for your purchase.” If you still cannot find it, please email ElmwoodLive@thebroadberry.com and we can re-issue your ticket.
Do I need a ticket for my child? Children 5 and under are free and do not require a ticket.
What happens if it rains? All concerts are rain or shine. Small personal umbrellas and ponchos are permitted. If there is severe weather, the island will be evacuated and you are encouraged to seek shelter in a local business or your vehicle. When it’s safe to return, we will email you at the address you provided when you purchased your ticket and post on our Instagram.
If I am using a ride share, what address should I use? We suggest getting dropped off on Franklin Rd between Williamson Rd and S Jefferson Street. This will let you out near the main gate.
How do I get into the concert? There are two entrances: One down the sidewalk off Franklin Rd between Williamson Rd and S Jefferson Street. The other near the corner of Williamson Rd and Bullitt Ave.
Can I bring in a chair? Chairs are NOT allowed inside Elmwood Park. Tents, staking, canopies, or LARGE beach-style umbrellas are not allowed. Stadium style seats ARE allowed
Can I bring a wagon? Unfortunately wagons are not allowed.
Can I bring in a bag? For the safety of all attendees, bags must be clear and no larger than 16″x16″x8″. Small handheld clutch-style wallets (that are not clear) will be allowed. Small is defined as roughly 8.5″x5.5″x1″.
Can I bring in a water bottle? You may bring in ONE un-opened bottle of water no larger than 32 oz.
Can I bring in food or snacks? Outside food and drink is not permitted.
Do you serve food and drinks? There will be multiple food vendors as well as a bar serving beer and canned cocktails.
Can I bring in my camera? Cameras are not allowed.
What if I need emergency services? We always have EMS on site. If you are hurt, or if you see someone else who needs assistance, notify the closest staff member.
Can I leave and come back? Sorry, there is no re-entry.
